City Towing

Yesterday I had my car towed by this company. Before they left I was able to speak to someone and they said we could work something out at the lot. Everyone I talked to, from the lot, to the office, to the owner was respectful and reasonable. The owner herself is very firm, but fair. We ended up finding a solution together and they were very accommodating. I don't think anyone is really fans of towing companies for obvious reasons, but this one is a small business run by good people.

Great company and very professional. I would highly recommend them not only for there services but they are very friendly and courteous. Let's face it when you need a tow your usually in a bad mood to begin with so a smile and afriendly person helping you is a plus.

If I could put 10 stars I would . Staff is beyond helpful and respectful, I had one goal , get a reliable vehicle for me & my kids, they EXECUTED that . Mission accomplished and they get you in & out ! No 6-8 hour process like the dealerships, the surrounding area looks sceptical but behind this city towing doors we all fam in the club , don't feel intimidated and go get your vehicle asap , come with cash in hand or call to see what's available beforehand,thank me later alligator

Muy mal, no abren en el horario que indica su anuncio y el personal es muy grosero, además se aprovechan de las personas que son extranjeros. Si remolcan tu auto lo forzan para abrirlo y revisan tus pertenencias personales.

La señora q contesta el teléfono aparte de ser mal educada y racista a todos los Mexicanos y Latinos nos trata muy mal abusan con los cobros q nos ponen para no regresar nos los carros voy a ir a reporta este lugar, la razón q lo escribo primero en español es porq les dijo a mis padres q tenían q hablar inglés oh no los podían ayudar en una comunidad q la mayoría habla español les negaron la ayuda asta q llevaron a uno de mis hermanos para q les traduzca les cobraron alrededor de $1800 por tres días con el cuento de q usan equipos especiales el tesla q movieron grabo cada uno de los movimientos q hicieron vamos a demandar en el recibo dice q usan equipo especial si ah sido victima de este lugar comunica con nosotros y únete a la demanda q estamos preparando. Vamos a poner un anuncio en el Sun de San Bernardino con más información The lady who answers the phone, besides being rude and racist, treats us very badly, they abuse us with the charges they put on us so we don't get our cars out, I'm going to report this place. The reason I'm writing this in Spanish first is because she told my parents that they had to speak English, oh they couldn't help them, in a community where the majority speaks Spanish. They denied them help until they brought one of my brothers to translate for them. They charged them around $1,800 for 1 days with the story that they use special equipment. The Tesla they moved recorded every single movement they made. We're going to sue. The invoice says they use special equipment. If you have been a victim of this place, contact us and join the lawsuit we are preparing. I’m putting and add on The Sun San Bernardino news paper and is not about the money but the level of disrespect hate and abuse to our community

I had a great experience with this company. The phone operator was very courteous and helpful. The driver went above and beyond to get my vehicle moved and loaded onto the truck. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone...
