Our firm was introduced to Clean Earth Renewables through a referral from a valued business associate, who highly recommended their community solar program. The community solar program has proven to be an excellent solution for our requirements. We are pleased to support Diana and Clean Earth Renewables in their objective to assist businesses in reducing expenses and accomplishing their sustainability objectives.

Clean Earth Renewables came in and showed us how we were overpaying on our electricity bill by not participating in community solar. We’re operating an energy-intensive Comfort Inn in Rockford, IL and rooftop solar wasn't going to cover our entire utility bill, and installing a carport solar structure wasn't going to yield enough savings at this time. Once Clean Earth qualified us for a portfolio of local community solar projects in the greater Rockford area, we signed up our entire electricity account and are projected to save 10% per year. We're locked in for 5 years with the option to extend for another 15-years, or terminate at no cost in the event we install solar and require less production from the solar farm. It's been an overall great experience!

Here's how it worked: within the first 30-days, I had an exclusive offer with terms and conditions fully negotiated. Within 60-days, I had a fully-executed contract and my first scheduled option payment is on the way! In addition, my site is potentially eligible to host 2 solar farms due to Illinois being eligible to co-locate 2 solar farms. We are another 60-days out from securing a 2nd project and additional ~40 acres, and approximately <3 years out from securing 20+ years of guaranteed passive income, that is going to support our local community with a reliable, sustainable source of power, and provide tax revenue to our county.
