If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Leo Maia from Coast2Coast showed excellent professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. I am not the type of person to open the door and listen to solicitors. To be honest, at first, I was wary that it would cost us financially and having something installed on the roof of our home. My husband convinced me to hear Leo out and after we let Leo into our home, he took the time to explain everything in detail, including but not limited to the savings, the guarantees of the roof under the solar panels, and the fact that it was not going to cost us anything for the installation. I asked a lot of questions, and he was able to answer all of our questions and concerns in detail. He made us feel comfortable in our decision to move forward with going GREEN. Leo was with us every step of the way through the whole process. He didn’t just get us approved for the Solar Panels. We learned that our neighbor’s tree had to be trimmed in order for the solar panels to get sufficient energy and as Leo had promised it did not cost us anything. Leo took it upon himself to pay for the tree branches on our property to be cut and it was not a cheap job. He not only paid for it, but he was also here on the day of the tree trimming to make sure the job was done correctly. Leo even handled the securing of the umbrella liability homeowners’ policy and paid for it out of pocket. When the solar panels were being installed, he was at our home to oversee everything. He ascertained that the process moved along smoothly. I would also like to add that not only is Leo an excellent businessman, he is also a great human being. His personality and positive energy made my husband and I hit it off with Leo. We now consider Leo not only a friend but part of our family.
