Colburn Electric

Today, I called Coburn Electric to inquire about services. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone did so with a poor attitude and did not introduce herself or the company. I had to confirm whether I had even reached the correct business. Due to the unprofessional demeanor, I decided not to move forward with their services and ended the call. First impressions are everything.

Called Colburn when our ceiling fan stopped working. Received excellent service! Appointment was scheduled for next day. Daniel called before appointment with time he would arrive. He was very knowledge with wonderful customer service. Found the problem and solved it one happy customer.

Receptionist that answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shines very poorly on Colburn as a business.

I needed some fans and light fixtures installed. Colburn Electric sent two guys out and got it done! They were prompt, super professional and fixtures work great! Thanks Colburn Electric!!

I needed help fast when my spare bedroom ceiling fan went out on me. Knowing that I would have my in-laws arriving in the next 48 hours. I called my friend panicking she recommended me to call Colburn Electric. They were able to come out same day and install a new one. Colburn`s technician was very professional.
