Complete Environmental Solutions - Air Conditioning and Generator Sales & Service

Company took 6 months to install the generator from contract signing. I had to follow up constantly to get any attention. The claimed they needed more info which ended up being on the plans we provided day 1. Once installed, there was no testing or service call support. Now more than a year later, I am trying to get someone to get the new generator to power the same circuit that the old generator powered and the company has made no effort to help solve / diagnose the issue. Even if not there fault, there has been no assistance to help fix an issue with the new generator installation. I given it a zero on service and support. - CES's response to my post is completely inaccurate. 1) There were no obstacles with the town. The company didn't look at the plan I provided day 1 which clearly showed the generator installed and approved and would have solved the issue immediately. Instead they didn't do anything and waited around for months, when the solution was right in front of them. I re-sent the plan again to the owner and highlighted the information he needed. We then received the permit, but the information was given to him months before. 2) I hired Assurance Power Systems to review the issue with the new generator not powering the kitchen and they found the issue immediately. The installer could have done the same but choose not to make the effort to find the issue. 3) I was never offered ongoing maintenance or service and never offered additional extended warranty. There was literally no communication or follow up after they installed the generator, the attitude was the project is done, any issue is not our fault, have a good day.

We have been relying on Complete Environmental Solutions for our air conditioning and stand-by generator needs for years and have never been disappointed. Steve and his team are highly capable, professional, and always timely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CES to anyone who would like to experience great customer service. You can't go wrong.

My AC stopped working when my google nest( ) went off line. Even when I got it back online it did nit work. Safe streets had installed these with my alarm. It was middle if heat wave and Strret Smart said they could not come for three days. I began calling hvac companies. Left a message on many answering machines. Within an hour the owner, Steve, from Complete Environmental solutions called and tried to walk me through repair. Then he said "it’s so hot I’m driving home. I can stop by. I won’t have all the tools I like but maybe I can help." And he did! Amazing ! Next day his crew completed the job. Love these guys. !!!!!! Thank you , !! !

Complete Environmental Solutions Conditioning was a delight to work with and gave superb service! My experience with them was AWESOME because they were all so helpful and a pleasure to work with!! They were dependable, honest and did such a good job. The owner, Steve, personally took the time to call and he definitely knows his stuff and explained what was needed and why. The manager, Jennifer, was super helpful in arranging appointments and following up with paperwork and billing. I was referred by word of mouth from my neighbor, but did my own research and loved their pictures and reviews. I couldn't recommend a better company to work with! I am so glad I moved my business here and absolutely recommend them to others. I am very impressed with every aspect of their work and so happy to have found them and I highly recommend them!!! CES installed my home standby generator. They did not send a salesman when I called. Steve, the owner, came out to assess my needs , explain the products and offer recommendations. He was very knowledgeable. The installation itself went very smoothly. The contractors were friendly took great care in making sure everything was done properly.

Complete Environmental has been great to work with! They contact us when gas is needed for a new generator install, and we coordinate a site visit together. Communication from the office is quick & professional. We are very happy to partner with them!

I had such a great experience with Complete Environmental Solutions, especially with one employee in particular, Kevin. He provides great customer service and clearly knows his stuff! My ac system stopped working one day, on the same day I called Complete Environmental Solutions, Kevin came to my house to save the day! He explained to me what the issue was and was able to fix the problem while he was there. I definitely recommend Complete Environmental Solutions as your go to for any AC or generator needs. I'll be using them from now on and will be asking for Kevin every time!
