Delivery service is unreliable. Really bad customer service with little to no help or sense of urgency with rectifying issues. We have had issues with several orders. The last order was for doors and moldings approximately $3,200. I checked in store before ordering to make sure everything was in stock so we would not experience any delays with our project. The delivery was scheduled for Monday 7/22/25. After waiting all day it never arrived. I called and was informed that it will be there Tuesday the next day without fail between 11-2. Tuesday 7/23/25 the order never arrived. When I called Tuesday I was informed that they were going to be busy on Wednesday but would try to set something up for Thursday. I’ve wasted a lot of time and left our team sitting on projects with no material due to the incompetence and lack of help from customer service.

Love this place you get all you need at a single location and reasonably priced.

Think of a home depot but better and built more for professional contractors. They have a lot of stuff, lot of good tool rentals, staff is friendly.

This is a big store that has moor items than home depot. I sure recommend this store

Jeff manager is very nice and very professional, very helpful. Prompt reply. We bought like more than 15k stuff. Serra customer service lady is good too. Pablo other customer service guy is terrible, too much attitude he think he is nephew of Donald Trump . But good things come with bad. Happy overall
