Professional communication and timely response throughout the process. This was for the removal of a 29 year old hot water heater and installation of a new one. Alex was very communicative, arrived on time and kept me well informed throughout the process. He was also considerate, cognizant of the fact that I was working at home and even brought in my package delivered from Amazon. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Alex or this firm them for your plumbing needs. However, I can personally attest to the installation of a hot water heater.

We have had many projects done by Copper pros and we have been thrilled with their services every time. They wired up 2 of our new homes, wired up an office build out and have updated light fixtures in another home. Copper Pros has also done some plumbing for us, including fixing outdoor hose bibs.
