We hired Cosmic Comfort to add batteries to our solar system. Layne provided all the information we needed to make a decision on how much to add and how it would work to our benefit. He, Israel, Adam and Jose installed everything in two days, and were very friendly and respectful on the job. Layne has been great in answering any questions, and we love that we can check how our new system is working using an app on our phones.

Luis, Jose, Carlos, Fernando and all other team members were very knowledgeable and effective, completing all my repairs in a timely manner. We had a new HVAC unit installed and the old one removed. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that everyone who worked on the project introduced themselves and shook hands with us before starting the job. We are very happy with the results and really pleased with the HVAC unit that was installed. I would definitely recommend the office in Atwater, CA.

Their workers were on time both days. They thoroughly assessed my unit. We needed a completely new unit. Water damage over the years was the cause. They totally upgraded our system with ductwork included. Tested the system and made sure everything was working properly. We felt very satisfied and are now ready for the winter season.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the recent estimate performed on my A/C unit. In almost 20 years of owning this system, not once including with certified Bryant professionals has anyone ever drilled into the return. Your technician’s decision to do so is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of knowledge or training. We clearly showed him the exact location of the fan motor. Despite that, he was distracted texting on his phone throughout the visit and proceeded to drill into the unit without giving any explanation or asking for consent STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
