I recently had the pleasure of working with Franklin and the Countdown Electrical Services team. I highly recommend. The job they completed at my home was extensive and came with a fair share of challenges, but they handled everything with professionalism, expertise, and a positive attitude. The project included: • Installing 35 recessed lights across four areas of my home. • Installing motion-detecting and dimming light switches. • Hardwiring and installing an outdoor floodlight with motion detection security camera. • Adding four new electrical receptacles. • Replacing a ceiling fan. This wasn’t a simple job. It involved working in a furnished and occupied two-story home. The three downstairs areas lacked attic access. The ceilings are textured, making any post-installation repairs potentially tricky. The outdoor security camera needed a power source where none previously existed. From the start, Franklin and his team impressed me. Best price. Wasn’t close. I verified Franklin's TECL electrician credentials through the TDLR website for extra peace of mind. For example, I asked for a test installation of recessed lights in an upstairs spare bedroom before committing to the full job. They happily obliged, and the outcome was perfect. 2. The team was flexible. When it came to adding outlets in the garage, they let me decide the locations and quantity without hesitation. 3. They carefully marked the ceilings with recessed light locations, sought my approval, and provided expert suggestions that made placement and symmetry effortless. 4. The team explained their processes in detail, ensuring I understood every step. 5. Working from home, I was concerned about noise and interruptions. The ceiling fan installation in the loft—where I work—was done quickly and quietly, with zero disruption to my day. 6. Franklin and his team were patient, approachable, and enthusiastic, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. For my final thoughts, I’m thrilled with the results as well as all my friends I’ve showed pictures. I am already planning to hire Franklin and the Countdown Electrical Services team for more recessed lights and motion/dimmer switches soon. Franklin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process of getting the power back to our property and helped us every step of the way. Impeccable service from Franklin. When he came to give a quote for the service of upgrading meter can from 60 amp to 200amp as directed by CPS, he was very professional and reasonable and explained everything in lament terms where I understood all details. Through the process he took care of everything including meeting with City Public Service reps when there were some issues on our part. He went above and beyond and filled me in every part of the process. And when an issue arised he made calls and got the right people put to get the job completed. After so many contractors who would not show up or give me a bid, Countdown Electrical Services did! Not only was the bid fair, it was thorough & complete. Franklin Martinez did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Excellent customer service skills who listened to our needs and executed a perfect plan of action. I highly recommend this business, hands down, one of the best experiences with a contractor ever! His can do will do attitude is amazing!

Franklin did an excellent job. He was very professional, on time and communicated with me throughout the process. He obtain the city permit, and drawing approval from CPS and forwarded the approvals to me. He also had to coordinate with CPS as they had to upgrade the line from the pole to my service box. He met the city inspector for the final inspection and obtained approval. He promptly forwarded a copy of the approval to me. He did all this for a very fair price, and I’m happy with his work. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

Franklin is the best electrician I’ve ever had when it comes to all around service. He is professional, precise, clean and respectful. We literally have 0 complaints and he did a decent sized job providing electricity to a small house we are building. There is nothing and I mean nothing to complain about.. definitely recommend to anyone and we will continue to use him for all of our electricity needs from here on indefinitely.
