Crain Heating and Cooling

A two person team came in and did a great job installing our new furnace. They were professional, but easy to talk to and made everything understandable. They took precautions to protect our flooring and cleaned up after themselves.

We just had Crain Heating and Cooling out to make sure our furnace is running smoothly for the winter months ahead. Austin the technician that came to our home was very thorough with the inspection. He was very professional and polite. Also, Austin made sure any questions we had were answered. I definitely would welcome him back into our home. We have been Crain Heating and Cooling for about three years and would highly recommend them.

I purchased new HVAC from Crain in 2019. Last year I renewed the maintenance contract for 5 yrs. Yesterday I contacted them to schedule the annual furnace checkup. I was told the earliest appt is DECEMBER 8th because they are reserving earlier appointments for those who are experiencing an issue with their furnace. Interesting that this (deprioritized appointments) was not mentioned when the contract was being pitched. Also, I find it even more interesting to see someone just a week ago posted a positive review for a furnace checkup, yet I was told checkups are not happening until later in the year…Bottomline the service had been great but it seems like once they get your money for a maintenance contract you get pushed to the back of the line.

We were totally pleased with the work Joe & Pat from Crain Heating & Cooling did today. Such an awfully hot day for this type of work to be done; we hardly heard a peep out of them while they worked diligently & installed our furnace & AC. Extremely respectable & great workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any form of heating & cooling. Thanks to Crain Heating & Cooling!

Crain Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. Their price was very competitive, they didn’t try to upsell me on a higher price system than I needed, they started and finished the work on schedule. The workmanship is top notch and they did a great job cleaning up after they finished. They also did a great job showing me what I needed to know about my new system. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace and/or AC

Tech (Josef N) came to my place to do a semi-annual check and system maintenance of my HVAC system. He did a thorough job checking everything out, routine cleaning of outdoor AC coil, temp checks, motors, etc. He is an experienced and effective technician, as well as being very cordial and thoughtful in answering my questions. Josef is the second tech from Crain to do maintenance.... Both were amazing. So much so that I decided to purchase Crain's maintenance contract for the next two years. I have confidence that I will get expert service from Crain at reasonable prices. Can't go wrong with these guys!

He was efficient and friendly. He explained the issues clearly, and the results were instant. I highly recommend their services. Keep up the good work!
