The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I recently rented a storage at cubesmart off riverland road. So easy to rent online and the description of the sizes online was so convenient. Once reserved and paid for all I did was go to the storage and go straight to my spot. Easy and perfect! the place is clean and very secure. Many thanks cubesmart

I can’t say enough good things about Regina at CubeSmart. I came in on moving day, a little rushed and stressed with the movers already on the way, and she made the entire process effortless. She walked me through everything quickly but thoroughly, then stayed with me afterward to show me how to use the app once the movers were in place. What stood out most was her kindness and professionalism, she genuinely went above and beyond. I actually chose this location after reading all the reviews mentioning Regina by name, and she somehow managed to exceed even those glowing comments. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend this CubeSmart location, especially if you have the pleasure of being helped by Regina.

This is a great storage facility. I use a handful of storage units for my company throughout the state and this particular site is the easiest to work with and the most friendly. Gina in the front office is fantastic! My company has been using this site for many years - it is the only one I haven't felt compelled to change.

Just moved from another warehouse, and this one is top-notch! Great location right off the highway and pretty hidden, which makes it even better. The staff is very helpful—especially Regina, who took care of me from start to finish and made the entire process smooth and easy

Regina is an example of fantastic customer service! She makes the storage experience so much better than past locations, Public Storage, etc… The other day I made the mistake of leaving my unit wide open (I never do that but got distracted). Not only did she contact me via phone and email, but after she conducted a "lock check" that particular day and spotted my unit, she threw a temporary lock on there. So clutch that I did not lose anything because of my mistake. Great prices and great service at this location. Would highly recommend! I also keep one of my trailers parked here as they offer parking spots.
