The service manager Aisha was super helpful she showed me my unit , explained my pricing and all the services that were included with my rental. The staff I noticed were overall welcoming to everyone who entered the store , in a friendly , neighborly yet proffessional way. I am from Washington Heights and moved to the Bronx reluctantly, but after the welcoming and service I recieved I think I might just like the Bronx after all.

Fernando and Aisha were amazing at one of the most convenient and affordable storage units in the country. They were both very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience stress-free.
