Custom Pro Roofing and solar

We've been waiting since March 2025 to get our install finished. According to electrician they had come out, we need a coupler and wiring redone. Since then they did send out a crew to install panels promised but one was not anchored so it's flipped over. Emails, texted all promises they know the problem and it'll be fixed soon. NOPE! I sent registered letter that did get delivered but they sent it back saying no address and no forwarding address given. Too bad can't give minus stars...

Paul and Trey are the best. I was paying about $250/mo to PSO each and every month. When Paul stopped by my house I thought It was too good to be true at first. But after installation It did take about 2 weeks to turn on and the next month I saw my first bill post solar and It was just $7.46. They also covered my payments for the first year and when I pick up next year It will at $199 and only 3.99% interest. I recommend going solar and with Paul and Trey

From start to finish their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process.

If I could give less than a star I would. I was told that when they sold me the installation, that I would be receiving a 16k tax payment but all I got was a "tax credit". Which means that I only received 7000.00, so I still have to come up with the other 10k between now and October to lower my monthly payment with the loan provider. LIES, LIES, LIES!! Not to mention l, it only took them 10 months of me constantly asking them through emails and phone calls, after the panels were installed, to commission them and make them active on the grid. So far, my buyback has only been a few hundred bucks!! Don't waste your time and money. I will probably be dead and gone before these panels are paid for. So, here’s the latest update regarding the poor service that this company provides. On 8-1-2025, I noticed that only half of my panels were producing power, so I reached out to custom pro, she said that she’ll look into the issue and see what happened. It’s now 9/15/2025 and still no resolution, and no responses to the countless emails that I’ve sent, even when I try to call their office, it keeps saying the voicemail is full. If you don’t mind getting poor service, than this is the company for you. I’m so fed up with this company. Maybe they might send a tech out in January, that pretty much seems to be their track record for response times.

I’ve been dealing with Custom Pro Solar for almost a year now. We’ve had our ups and downs. New installer, Edgar, came in and out and delivered everything promised. Very pleased with the work done!

It has been so frustrating to get anywhere with this company. I have called several numbers and emailed on 1.6.25. Brenda called said to give 24-48 hrs and she would get back to me on my question. She never did. I called again on 1.13.25, 1.16.25, 1.23.25, and again 2.7.25 with no success. I received solar panels last year from Custom Pro and apparently once they get your money their job is done and do not respond back to you for nothing! If I could have left zero stars for poor customer service I would have. DO BETTER!!!!!

Alex and Trey did an amazing job. They were extremely fast and did everything they said they were going to do. I already sent them to my son to see if he can get them!
