Our furnace went out and we were so grateful for the incredible team at DEAR! Joey, Dante, Mark, and Jose were all polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. This is the most outstanding company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Brent and Mark were polite respectful, they came and made a solid plan to get my electric going. Then there were a delightful pair Ashton and Tommy who came and did the work. I was impressed with how after they finished all plugs and light were in order. Also something special to me I have cats who think it’s their job to help, they were so kind to my fur babies even if the cats were being judgmental! What a great comfy
