Del-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received from Del-Air. Wes, the technician came out for the semi-annual preventative maintenance. He went though everything and was the most knowledgeable HVAC person I’ve come across. He also showed me how to clean the drain lines between services. We also upgraded our filter to electrostatic on his recommendation and that has made a huge difference. I definitely recommend Del-Air - professional service at a fair price.

This is a little note to inform you of how impressed I am with the over-all service I just received from Freddie. He was very thorough with checking out my air conditioning unit on the inside and outside. He educated me on how to better care for my unit and made suggestions on how I could improve the quality of air entering my home. Out of the many Del-Air technicians that have come out to service my unit, not any of them did what Freddie did. He actually took the back off of my unit and cleaned it while explaining what problems were beginning to develop. He went above and beyond my expectations.

Follow-on review of Del-Air. After recent major work on a complete duct replacement my HVAC system became extremely loud. The technician Darin J arrived just hours after I discovered the problem and went to work assessing the issue. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable and the noise is no more. Thank you Darin and Del-Air for the quick response and repair! I recently had Del-Air work on a major project in my home. Several areas of the job did not go as expected, but this is not where the story ends. My past experience with other businesses where things go sideways is typically met with denial and arrogance, but this was not the case with Del-Air. No denial, no push back, just action. They tackled all issues with competence and efficiency. Kudos to Matt (GM), David (Install Mgr), and Justice and Dalton for their skillful work and great attitude. This is an ethical organization and most strongly recommended!

Wayne is our go to guy when it comes to all of our HVAC problems, concerns, needs, etc. He is always on-time, patient when explaining a problem and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Wayne is an expert and we totally trust him to fix problems without upcharging or inventing problems where there are none (yes, I experienced such unethical practices with another local HVAC company that will remain nameless). Simply stated, Wayne is the BEST and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family, friends or neighbors.

I had an issue after hours. The company sent Vitaliy Novikov. He arrived promptly and was very courteous, explained everything and showed me things as he was working. Great service.

I always enjoy working with Wayne Cooper as my A.C. technician. He’s quick, efficient, and takes the time to clearly explain any issues and the repairs needed. His professionalism and attention to detail make the process smooth and stress-free.

Jake and Shawn are excellent service providers. We schedule A/C maintenance twice per year, and this has been the most informative and thorough experience so far. We appreciate the time and attention given to address all questions and concerns. More importantly, the knowledge shared from their combined 50+ years of industry experience was invaluable.
