We started our build process on Labor Day and closed right after Memorial Day. Everyone we dealt with at Del Webb was awesome! Caryn, our sales agent, was always on top of everything and had excellent communication with us throughout. While we went through 4 different construction managers during our build, we finished with William and he too was excellent! We are excited about our move into Del Webb and look forward to what this next chapter in our lives brings.
Del Webb Tradition is a fantastic community to reside in. The amenities are second to none. It’s a beautifully designed development that has something for everyone. Pulte builds quality homes at reasonable prices.
We decided to retire in an active community. Lots to do and nice people to meet and socialize with…. we love it here! We are extremely happy/secure with the high grade construction of our Pulte home. If you’re thinking of retiring, at least check out a Del Webb…def worth a trip!!
Our process from contracting to closing was first class. Everyone from Lisa in the sales office and Kelly in construction were extremely helpful and took away a lot of of worries. So excited to move into our new home in a beautiful neighborhood
We absolutely love our home built by Pulte in Del Webb Traditions!! It is beautiful, energy efficient, and is placed so privacy is a priority. We would recommend it to everyone and know you would love the community and its residents.
This was one of my best decisions last year(2024).I can’t wait to enjoy all of the perks we have at Del Webb Tradition. Community is great as well as the front office!!
I made the decision to purchase in Del Webb Tradition in November, 2019. Caryn Elliott was my Sales Consultant and she was terrific. She kept me completely up-to-date on the progression of events as my new home began taking shape. She was genuine and personable. She understood my apprehension about building a home and being 1300 miles away. She sent pictures to keep me engaged in the production process. On a 10 point rating scale, 10 being the best, Caryn is 10+.
