Desert Generators

Highly recommend coming to Desert Generators for any and all generator needs. We had originally taken our RV to lazy days of Tucson and were quoted 2 weeks for parts to arrive, and twice as much as what Anna and Patrick charged me. Anna was extremely pleasant to work with. She was able to get our parts ordered and delivered within two days. She was extremely forthcoming with information about the entire process. Which made us feel at ease during a stressful time. Extremely hard working individuals who know what they are talking about and doing!!!

If anyone is passing through Tucson and has any generator issues, we have had amazing service at Desert Generator. It is family owned and there is room for your trailer. Patrick is the owner and was extremely knowledgeable. His daughter Anna mans the front desk and is very helpful! Thank you for getting our generator up and running!

While traveling from NJ, the Onan generator in our motorhome began having issues. We tried since Nashville to have someone look at it. Everyone was booked out. Called Patrick and he took us right in. Not only did he make time for us, but he was quick to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road. Patrick clearly knows what he’s doing and has a heart to help. Very grateful to him and his team for keeping us powered up for our trip to the desert. Our rig is 65ft long, and he was able to take care of us without having to take the trailer off. Easy off, easy back on I-10 with a big rig.

The generator in my motor home wouldn't start. Called the friendly folks at Desert Generators. They got my rig in right away. It was fixed in two days. Happy to have my rig back with a working generator. Thanks

When I went to leave a review I was surprised to see it was not 5 stars. I'm not sure why Leslie Hendrick gave a great review but I'd ask her to reconsider her rating. (And just to be clear, I have NO affiliation to this place. I was just referred to them yesterday and met Patrick then.) Anyway, this place is great! Patrick, specifically is awesome! I gave them a call because my Onan Camp Power 2500 built into my truck camper wouldn't start. I was told they were backlogged for 2 weeks but if I dropped it off and left it there, they might be able to check it out in between appointments sooner than that, which was totally cool. When I went to drop it off Patrick said let's go take a look. He didn't look at it for more than 2 seconds and said I bet I know what it is. I won't give away any of his tricks to the trade but he had it fixed within 10 minutes and had me back on the road. He was very friendly and walked me through what was going on and what he was doing the whole time. I couldn't have been happier. My girlfriend that drove 30 minutes to pick me up so I could drop it off (and showed up after he already had it fixed) on the other hand.....not as happy. 🙂 Just joking. She was super happy too! I will be back the next time I need service for sure. It's nice knowing there is an honest shop that does good work and aren't trying to get you to spend money when you don't need to.

Fantastic customer service! Our Onan 4000 generator was spitting out a code 14 and wouldn't stay running. I was referred to desert generators by another shop and when I called and spoke with Patrick he knew immediately what the problem was. When we arrived at his shop, he promptly came out and assessed the situation, explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a fair estimate of the cost to repair the generator. It was a pretty extensive job as part of the carburetor had broken off and gone down into the piston. He and his assistant, Anna, kept us informed throughout the entire process. The work was completed and we were back on the road in about 24 hours. Patrick and Anna are two top notch individuals that understand the importance of providing high quality customer service. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place is awesome! Patrick is a real jewel at generators. Man knows his stuff! Friendly, helpful staff. Had us up and going in a minimal amount of time. Would and will recommend.
