They installed my $60k system in 2020 and I still have no idea if its working and they will stopped responding to my emails and calls. The water heater never worked, they Grossly oversold me on panels .. double the amount that can even push through my panel. DO YOUR RESEARCH, THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR ALL THEY CAN! Also, they destroyed my gutters and never fixed them, they were hanging off my house until I repaired them.

I feel after reviewing other reviews from customers I must place my own, in the year since owning the panels yes we have seen a small difference, but not what they told us it would be. Not only was there a significant difference in the savings, we were told and promised by our sales rep that the company would come out and remove the panels for free for us to have our roof repaired, and reinstall them of no charge, now they are claiming they want 8k from us to remove and install the panels. When they didn't they come out on the date they told us they would be out we started calling them to find out why no one has shown up, and we received a message that they were closed this has went on for a week, we continued for the next week and and the message we were told that the next available associate would help us, and no one answered. We were told we could leave a message which we did several times with no receive call back, we have had to reschedule our roof install for another day until they come out to take the panels down.

At first Josh with Design OneSolar wanted to help me get my solar panels on line with Sevier County Electric, but now I can’t reach him. After a month of calling everyday and no response I have to believe this company is like the company that installed the system Solar Alliance and has gone out of business. Bad way to do business

I wouldn't recommend asking a salesperson from this firm into your house. You may never get them to leave! Can't blame Tina. She had never seen the previous uncompetitive estimate, despite the company's promise to me hat the new estimate would be substantially less, perhaps even half. I stressed that this was my bottom line, since installation costs have fallen substantially nationwide. Tina 's estimate was DOUBLE the previous estimate !! Then she refused to leave until she conferred with her boss to get a better price. I wasnt going to sit through this used car sales routine, and finally had to threaten to call tpolice. She still hesitated until I took her computer and presentation papers out to the porch.

I have been trying to contact this company about a solar product that we had put in 2 months ago and cannot get anybody to respond. We were told we were getting 8 solar panels and a battery what we got was 12 solar panels and the only time that you was any good as well no one is at home and nothing is running. We were also told the electric company will buy back our electric and that does not happen in the whole state of Tennessee.

We had the greatest experience with "Solar Steve." Extremely kind and informative. Worked with us through any questions we had about the process. Seemed like a big jump for us at first but Steve reassured us in many ways how easy the entire process would be. He didnt seem like a salesman. It just seemed like he wanted us to feel comfortable through the process since it felt overwhelming to think we could afford this. Overall, we felt like we were treated with care and kindness and have already referred "Solar Steve" to many of our friends and family. Cant wait for the process to begin.

Steve came to our house and thoroughly explained how solar works. She was amazing at no given time that I feel like he was being pushy. He was very informative very courteous and very professional! Is spoken to many companies regarding solar and no one gave us as much information as him!
