If you’ve got 6+ hours to waste and love being ignored, DHL Global Forwarding Chicago is your paradise. Staff? Invisible. Updates? Nonexistent. It’s like a game of "Where’s My Freight?" with no winners. Bring snacks, a pillow, and a strong will to survive. Never again.
Decent place. Nice people. Don't use the touhy address. No trucks allowed! Go to wolf street and go south until it ends. Go left half a mile to guard shack. Have your driver's license. Then pull forward and check in .
Quick in and out everything was smooth and they took less than 30 min to unload me
I loaded here this morning. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. Loading start to finish took roughly two hours. During that time they had a shift change and I had to move to the north side of the building for the refrigerated docks, otherwise I would have loaded and out quicker. Very nice experience here. I hope it will be like this if I load out of here in the future.
Worst facility I’ve ever been. Lost here 24 hours!!!Slow working personal. Restrooms closed. Wasting of time...
Got in a dock, loaded quickly, but only 8 pallets. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appt, out 20 minutes after my appt time. Getting checked in takes the longest.
If they are not busy and no truck line outside the gate....will take about 2 hrs.to get in and out. But also have been here for 8 hrs.for delivery....
