I highly recommend Discount Electrical — they gave me a quote that was much lower than the big companies and stuck to it, even after running into a few roadblocks along the way. They came up with smart solutions without ever trying to upsell or raise the price, and were completely open and honest about everything that needed to be done.

I made the appointment the guys showed up gave me a fair estimate came back a few days later to fix the outlets . when I got home I checked the outlets upstairs and they did not work so I called the guys back to fix my original outlet issue from June its now Sept with little to no response its been a few months after paying twice I would not recommend this company for Lavergne area

The men installing 3 ceiling fans were great. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Made sure I was informed of everything they were doing. Worked in a very timely manner, and fans looked great after installation. Cost of installation was very reasonable. I highly recommend Discount Electrical Service.

I called for an estimate, and they sent someone out that day. I needed a wire run from the outside of the house to a well about 130 feet away. The technician was unsure of what would need to be done. If they could hook to a breaker on the outside of the house the cost was going to be 500.00. If they needed to go under the house and connect to a different breaker box, it would be an additional 225.00. He got this information over the phone from the owner. They said they could work me in that afternoon if I paid upfront. I paid the total 725.00 by credit card and was told if they did not need to go under the house, they would credit the 225.00. That afternoon the electricians arrived and determined within seconds they would not need to hook up under the house, they could hook to the breaker on the outside of the house. I made them aware I should receive a 225.00 credit and they said, no problem they would take care of it. A couple days went by, and I had not heard from them. I called and spoke to the receptionist about my credit, and she assured me the owner would call me later that afternoon. A couple more days went by without a call, so I called again. I spoke with the same lady, and she assured me again the owner would call on Monday. Well Monday has come and gone a couple of times with no phone call. I would definitely not recommend doing business as they literally stole 225.00 from me.

This company has a lot of people with a bad disposition and cancelled an appointment because I asked for another technician to come!! Do not use them as they are arrogant and acted like they were doing me a favor! Their quote was almost double what other electricians have quoted me since. To boot they guy kept telling me it was going to be 700 dollars without any breakdowns and in materials we were talking about some cables and connectors! He also kept repeating that I had to pay 50% upfront or else they wouldn't come blah blah. Just terrible!!
