Dollar Tree

The employee's attitudes here are so awful, it's humorous. It's like a movie or something. They're a caricature of somebody you'd expect to work at a Dollar Tree. The kid up front is always dismissive no matter how nice you are to him. He will 100% let you know that you're inconveniencing him by wanting to check out. Sure, he'll ring you up, but he isn't going to say a single word the entire time. It's hilarious. I talk to him every time I'm in there and get nothing. It's a game my friends and I play at this point. As for the store, it's your regular ol' Dollar Tree.

I came to this location for the second time on May 17. Nathan (Nate on his name tag) was the sales associate. He was the only cashier that was working (the first time I went, I noticed they only had one cashier as well. At that time, one customer got out of line & left the store because the line was too long). He was very professional to be so young. I hope he’s there the next time I come.

Visited on 2/12/25 around 6:30pm. Grabbed some party items in less than a minute and went straight to the register. There were 4 people ahead of me and I was in line ALMOST 30 MINUTES. Yes, you read that correctly. 1 person ahead of me left after 15 min. There were no issues with the items, register, or payments of the customers. The cashier was just super slow. He was very nice, but needed help. By the time I got up there, the line had grown to over 10 people behind me. When I asked him where his help was, he said "it’s just me". Do better! Hire more staff and support your staff when they need help and the line gets long! Will not be returning to this location.

This Dollar tree has some bad customer service. I wanna say it isn’t everyone but there was a super long line and the cashier stepped away during that line to fill up balloons. This took about 10-15 minutes and nobody stepped in to help other people out. In fact if i’m recalling correctly when someone asked he said he didn’t need help. You shouldn’t have to ask before helping out that’s what good customer service is. Product was normal and clean hence the other star.

Best dollar tree I went to. It’s well organized and actually is fully stocked.

The cashier upfront was unnecessarily rude, her name tag said Kaylyn.
