Dominion Energy Virginia

My meter was malfunctioning and we had a partial outage which isn’t a big deal. It was on Dominion end and they replace our meter. They send out a bill for $700 the month our meter was going bad and said that it was most likely our air filters for the house. Called the air company. They came and surprise surprise the filter were in good condition and soon after they replaced them. The next billing cycle just hit and it was $400… and that’s for January when the temperature was much lower outside. I just can’t believe the morals of the multi billion company that won’t accept accountability for they’re goof up. They will swindle you into believing that your in wrong and they’ll mail you a report about how your using to much enegry. Wasn’t gonna mention this but I lost all my fridge food during the partial outage on they’re end that originally called electrician for. After they told me it was the air filters fault i was atleast wanted to get a credit on my next bill for the food I lost in my fridge. I got called from the Dominion claims and explained my situation and the man Kelly Cosby on the other line and the man had no patience and immediately wanted to end the phone the call after explain "I’ve been doing this for 30 years" and wanted to email instead. The man never responded to my email. We’ll now I want a full refund for that month and apology. They’ll rather have they’re customers fall into hardship and starve than rather losing a penny. A billion dollar company. Karma is very real it will find you.

If I did not need electricity, I would never give another cent to this company. Every time that I have ever had to contact customer service, I have either been lied to, screwed over, or both. Why is my bill $700? They tried to tell me that my NEW hvac needed to be replaced and that's why it's high. I don't believe a word of what anyone here says. Not for a second.

Power company sucks dont maintain trees power outage like always no time frame on power this is bs if I was in Florida been had power

I can't even start service on a weekend, because the website doesn't let me start service. I can't transfer service without an account number. The 24/7 building phone number just loops indefinitely with no ability to hold for a person or get any response to start service. If i lose power because i can't setup an account im sueing and starting a class action for everyone else who's ever had this problem. RIDICULOUS THIS DAY AND AGE

My power went out at 615pm last night . I have called multiple time and only git the automated service. It is now 620am the next day. Still no power and no update on the restoration. I am apalled at the lack of customer service. I feel terrible for the neighbors that may have small children or sick people in their households. We should always be able to speak to a live person. Terrible customer service.

Puts me on DNAC because their autopay is messing up

What an Absolute joke of a company my power has been down for more than 24 hours !!!
