Downsouth Generators did an excellent job from start to finish for our Generac whole house generator! We were very pleased with the sales presentation from Richard who could answer any question we had about the generator and the process. We received our quote quickly and placed the order. Their pricing was very fair for the unit with installation. The whole process was completed quickly and professionally by Chad and Anthony. Any questions that we had were quickly addressed and answered. We would highly recommend Downsouth Generators to anyone looking for a whole house generator.

I reached out to Downsouth one weekend thinking that they would reach out to me the following week. Well, they were the first call I received Monday morning and we scheduled their estimate for that Thursday. I met with them that day and we discussed my preferred placement as well as Parish requirements. I received their written estimate the next day and then waited to receive some other estimates from other companies. During that downtime, anytime I had a question, I would simply email them and would receive a response either immediately or within a few hours. Needless to say, this was a good indication of the service that I could expect from them going forward. After I received some other estimates, it turned out that Downsouth offered the best turn-key price not to mention that I was already well sold on their service. Within a day of me informing them that I wanted to move forward, they applied for the permit to get the ball rolling. About a week later we had scheduled a date that same week for the installation. They even called me a few days early to see if they could do it a day early. On the day of the install, the crew showed up on-time and ready to go. They were very polite and explained exactly what to expect. Within 6 or 7 hours they wrapped up the installation and went through the startup process. After that, they provided me with an oil change kit along with detailed instructions in case I ever needed to perform the change myself. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received from Downsouth so far and I look forward to having them service my generator going forward.

Chad was amazing! He was on time and took care of my unit maintenance all while taking time to explain everything to me.
