We recently had a minisplit installed in our converted garage. We got many, many estimates all in the ridiculous price range. Andy came in at a very reasonable price. Aside from the reasonable price, the work was done on time and with excellent workmanship. Most importantly (to us) was his integrity (100%). It was a very hot day (and rainy) the day of the install, but Milton worked through ALL of that. if you want work done by people who have integrity, reasonable prices, expert workmanship, respect for you and your home, Dr. Freeze is the call to make!
