Dragon Air Services has provided all my HVAC maintenance for nearly 10 years and has done an outstanding job on every visit. They recently replaced my entire system and we couldn't be happier. They are simply the best.

Dragon Air A/C provided outstanding service from start to finish. They called ahead of time to let me know what time they would be arriving, based on their schedule for the day, which I really appreciated for planning my day. Braden, our technician, was fantastic, thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was checking and why, which helped me better understand how my system works. He also walked me through what I should keep an eye on going forward to help prevent future issues. Not only did he address the issue we originally called about, but he also checked both of our units to make sure everything was running smoothly as a whole. That level of thoroughness and care really stood out. Great customer service all around. I will definitely be reaching out to Dragon Air A/C for any future repairs or maintenance needs!

awesome experience, my AC went down right before a 100+ degree day, Dragon was able to get me a technician named Ryan first thing in the morning, Ryan was super professional and courteous. Dragon Air was recommended by a neighbor that had a larger repair job done and was very happy all around.

Our A/C went out in the middle of the night so I called Dragon Air this morning. They were quick to respond and sent Brayden out right away. Brayden was very respectful and asked very clear questions to understand my issues and needs. Brayden then worked very quickly to diagnose the issue and provided an easy to understand explanation. Brayden offered a solution and had parts on his truck to resolve right then and there. Within the hour, my A/C was back online and working fantastically. THANK YOU Brayden for your professional and timely work. Also, the repair charges were very reasonable as well. This was all around a much better experience than I've had with other companies I've used. I will definitely call Dragon Air if any future needs arise.

I highly recommend Dragon Air Services. Dragan and his team are very professional and show great attention to detail. Dragan was able to rebuild my entire HVAC system and found the root cause of a dust issue as a result of a bad return vent in my attic. He was able to design the system so the rooms in my house that didn't have good air flow (heating and cooling) are now balanced with the rest of the home. They care about their customers and have a great installation team. They take care of the permits, provided great options on financing, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Just had an air tech, Ryan, come out on a same day request within five hours of calling in. I had left a request at 6am and Dragon Air called back promptly at opening hour. I've never had that happen and for someone dying in the house at 88 degrees during a heatwave it is the best call you can get. Ryan diagnosed the issue, provided solutions, a quote, and also entertained my questions to learn more about my AC unit. I was very satisfied with the service and hospitality from this company and will continue with them as my go-to.
