D's Ace Hardware #8

Called 5 minutes before close in desperate need of a capacitor for my ac system and told them i was 10 minutes away. They were willing to help me out after close, got the part i needed, got the system going and had a cool house. Very refreshing experience to have people actually care to help you. Will be my go-to hardware store from now on

Unbelievable. Just there to rent a carpet cleaning machine but terrible customer service made it impossible. The machines were all on a display blocked by shopping carts and a display for sunglasses..instead of any of the staff helping me, they were all engaged in moving a huge sunglasses display onto a truck to move to another store blocking the carpet cleaning display. The owner cheerfully ignored me. Clueless. I just walked to the other end of the plaza and rented it from Publix. Was going to buy a lighted nfl wall hanging when I brought back my machine. But now, I will never return. Disappointed

Stopped in to get some muriatic acid, nobody else had it. The store is well organized and clean but the staff was what really stood out to me. Incredibly friendly and so helpful. I have never shopped at Ace before today but I think I will be making it my go-to store.

Whoever owns this store is an absolute jerk who does not care for their customers (especially disabled ones), the floor layout from one side of the store forces you to walk all the way back to the front door, then backtrack to the checkout counter. This place is a fire hazard, where you would think you have two access aisles to the checkout area, you have none, they are blocked off. Horrible store. Won't be back for a long time if ever.

Terrible customer service bought an above ground sprinkler set yesterday. They do not work properly. Tried to return them 12 hours later they said they don’t do returns. Take the trip to Home Depot where they care about customer service.

Super cute store. Very organized and clean. It pretty much has everything u would need- and it is faster to get in and out of vs a big box store.

I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper from this place they do not stand behind their products you buy a $70 tool and it breaks right out of the box and they will not refund you your money
