We were very pleased with Carrie and Speedy Nelson. They came were able to come out the same day, identified the problem and fixed it immediately. We were back with AC working again in no time!

BUYER BEWARE. Our HVAC stopped working, and I called Speedy Nelson. Carrie came and said the compressor was broken and that there was no way it could be repaired without either several thousand dollars for a new compressor or (her recommendation) an entirely new unit for a cost of $9000-$9800. I then called another technician who was able to repair the unit in 5 minutes. I am not sure if Speedy Nelson is lacking the appropriate HVAC knowledge /experience or if she was just hoping to sell in a new unit, but I am thanking my lucky stars that I got a second opinion. I will not be using this company again.

Highly recommended! Very friendly, quick responsive, quick in action and in very reasonable price! Our upstairs AC stopped working last night (Saturday) and became over 80 degrees all night. When we contacted Speedy Nelson around lunch time (Sunday), they responded immediately and came on time at scheduled time. They started looking for the problem and fixed it immediately after arrival. We even requested to check refrigerant level, they did and refilled it right on the spot. Whole process took about an hour and charged in a very reasonable price!

I called Speedy Nelson on Saturday afternoon. They are the only HVAC response my phone call on weekend and able to come over within 1 hr. They are able to repair my ac on the same day!!! Thank you and thank you!!!

Carrie & her father Nelson were awesome! My husband and I needed an entire new AC unit inside and out. They were super knowledgable, trustworthy & no BS kind of people. They really knew there stuff and they were indeed speedy!-AC unit and parts ordered and installed within a week! They were extremely communicative throughout the process and followed up the following day. I really can’t say enough good things about them! I will definitely be calling them for any future HVAC concern/repair.

Our AC went out and it was over 80 degrees upstairs and our toddler needed to go to sleep. Nelson knew what the problem was within seconds by just listening to the AC unit outside. He fixed the AC super fast. We were super thankful for his years of experience and that he really is "speedy!"
