Great Macs! Great prices! Great service! I don’t mean this to sound like some advertorial. But DV Warehouse really did me a solid. My 2015 MacBook Pro was a deadMac™. I bought the same from DVW so I could use the old one for parts. My ‘new’ Mac is as pristine as when it came out of the box! A complete pleasure to use. It even got me ‘working’ again. As a Mac user since 1984, I decided this year that I would never buy a new Apple product again. A trillion-dollar charity doesn’t need my money. Their new products fall far short of Steve Jobs’ perfectionist vision. I can’t in good conscience support a company that gave a million dollars of my money to Trump’s inauguration. And followed that up with a solid gold souvenir to pay for dinner at the White House on my dime! Nope. Just nope. Buy real Macs, parts and accessories from people who care not faceless corporations. DV Warehouse provided me with great service. The replacement battery for my Mac was the correct one and no issues removing the old and replacing with the new one. It seems to be just fine and is charging. Unless I update this post, please assume all went well and the battery held its charge. Thank you.

There customer service is poor. My Mac screen was non genuine and not functioning according to the Tahoe service. Also the angle lid sensor did not work. They said they would work with me to repair, but was going to have to rmad both ways. Other services are way more responsive. In the end the owner/CEO called me and resolved my issue after seeing this review. I appreciated the responsiveness.

Great purchase experience. Great Apple 27" Cinema Display. It came encased with foam for safety, and was in great condition. Downside was the delivery- FedEx Ground sent 3 daily delivery notices and since I had to sign, ruined 2 days of waiting around for no-shows. Finally after the third notice they delivered. Third day after the first notice. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product. Checked in with their tech support for compatibility with my MacBook Air, and they were very responsive. Will be using them again. Apart from FedEx, I’m very satisfied.

Perfect replacement for my cracked A1708 MacBook Pro screen. Really happy that I was able to fix this myself without incurring labor costs from Apple. Great customer service, quick shipping. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend DV Warehouse. They sent me a clearly used part listed as new in a box that still has an RMA sticker from the previous customer or repair. They don't provide any return label so you have to pay for return shipping. The support team said the part is the right part and is new just with a different part number then what is even listed on their site. Will never buy from these people again.
