Since moving to Dallas, I’ve been working toward a smarter home, and this solar system is the capstone. After comparing several installers, Dynamic stood out, and has continued to prove it. In all honesty, Spencer, my sales rep, is the reason I moved forward with a large solar system. From the first walkthrough to post-installation, he was there every step of the way—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He helped me think through smart home improvements and the whole project lifecycle: layout options and shading, where equipment would live, financing choices, realistic long-term savings, and how to use the monitoring app after go-live. Every update from Dynamic was timely and accurate, and Spencer stayed my single point of contact, proactively communicating the schedule through site survey, design, permits, installation, inspection, and PTO. He answered every question without pressure, set clear expectations, and followed through, start to finish. I genuinely felt like a VIP client. If you are looking for to go solar in anyway this is the way to go with this company!!! Spencer Fulkert is the one contacted us over the phone to see if we would be interested in having a meeting and talking about this program and it's Spencer and his team that has made this whole experience wonderful!! Spencer spent 4 hours answering our questions and explaining everything and how this all works and we didn't have more than maybe 1 or 2 more questions after that first night. Spencer spent the whole time acting like he had no where else to go he was in no hurry even though he got here at 6pm and didn't leave to go home until 10pm. We felt wonderful when he left !! Spencer and his team has been great. We were badly in need of a new roof. While we had to be approved for everything that we got it went quickly effortlessly on our end. We have a home that was built in the 70s and it was in need of some help and Spencer and his team was the help the Lord sent us! We were approved for a lot because we have never updated things. Now because of Spencer and his wonderful team as well as this company we now have, New roof (decking and all) Beautiful solar panels New insulation (all the old is gone) New electrical panels (to bring it all up to code ) Beautiful new windows and sliding glass back door. This is everything that we were approved for because of the age of the house. And yes it's working fabulous! And looks wonderful. Spencer has and remains to be there for us for anything through this all. I would tell anyone who is looking to go solar call and ask for Spencer!!! This is a wonderful program with great people and I never write reviews as well as my husband wanting to go through this who doesn't trust salesmen at all to make this appointment with Spencer and to go through this and love the whole process as much as I have is amazing ! The customer service representative was very polite and knowledgeable. Mustafa Arshad was also patient and took the time to listen and addressed my concerns. To top it off he got it scheduled and installed in a timely manner. Mustafa also explained the repairs and warranty and answered how my concerns would be handled. Thank You

Joni was wonderful. I do mean GREAT. She stayed with me on the line until I was satisfied. Until everything was completely finished. She had been the only one at your company to do this for me. I was ready to give up on your company. I was about to claim a class action suit against your company. But joni saved the day. She made sure I was knowledgeable about my bills. She really had the patience of a Saint. Thank you Joni for all you do Not only for me... but for every person that you encounter.

I definitely appreciated the efforts of everyone on this staff. From the customer service rep, to the technician to the managers, all the staff worked hard to resolve our issues despite not having installed our panels. The price was affordable, they completed the maintenance work the same day and has already checked in multiple times to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely use their services again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Micah, and I must say, she exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I started discussing solar with her, Micah was transparent and honest about what I could expect from the system. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Ethan was amazing! He really knew what he was doing and kept in touch with us throughout the project. Ethan came out for the energy audit and gave a complete and easy to understand evaluation of the home and without any pressure gave us our options. Work crews were professional and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend the free energy audit to anyone who is looking into reducing their energy bills.
