If I could give zero stars, I would. This wrecker company completely tore my bumper off while towing my vehicle and never offered to fix the damage. On top of that, their staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought it up. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I would strongly warn anyone against using their services—unless you want your car damaged and to be treated like an inconvenience.

Not very happy with them . Dropped my car off over a month ago with an electrical problem . Over a month later it isnt repaired and they won't answer the phone .I stopped by and the person I needed to talk to was gone I left my number with the assurance that they would call me . A Week later still no call and they won't answer the phone .

Unprofessional put me on hold for 20 minutes when I called back immediately put me back on hold without even saying anything to me I do not recommend them to anybody

I had a great experience. I scheduled a date to drop off my Wrangler at noon and took an Uber home. The next day I got a call and it was ready. Price was fair and what more can you ask for. Will use again

My alternator died while driving through Chattanooga on the way to Kentucky. I was towed to East Ridge Auto just because they were close and they really came through for me. They had my truck up and running with a new alternator and charged battery in no time. They were honest and very friendly. They also have a real family atmosphere in the shop and I would recommend them to anyone. I was given incredible service and am very grateful for them.

Jeremy and his staff have been hands down the most honest and dependable mechanic shop that I've worked with. I've had an extremely tough electrical problem with my truck which has cost me an alternator, two starters, two batteries and two throttle bodies. Jeremy has refused to charge me any money until he comes to a solution. His shops integrity and business ethics have far surpassed anyone's I've met. Not only in the mechanics field, but in business period. I am impressed. I don't give reviews or recommendations often but man this company deserves it. If you're looking for honesty, fairness, and reliability you have found your shop.
