Shawn did a great job for us. He listened to what we wanted done, gave us a price before starting the work, and did top quality work. All in all it was a very positive experience with Eastland Electric and we'll be calling again soon.

Eastern Electric is wonderful. We had a situation which wasn’t urgent but needed work done as quickly as they could get to it. Phone service with the receptionist was excellent- she called me as soon as a tech was available. Shawn was assigned and came to my house exactly on time. His service was very professional and he made sure to double check my system for any additional problems which he fixed in a timely manner. He is an asset to Eastern Electric and I do not hesitate to recommend them! Top notch!

Shawn was nice, knowledgeable, quick and clean. He replaced 2 pendant lights and a faulty light switch for us. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had issues with lights dimming and appliances cycling on and off continuously-contacted the electric company to see if the problem was on their end. They came to the house and said there was a problem with the box the electric meter fits into. Because of the issues would not reinsert the meter thus no power. Called at 5pm and spoke to Gregg one of the owners of Eastland. He assured me that someone would come that evening and do their best to get power back. He was very understanding. Dave S, the technician came by. Very professional. Explained the issue and that his solution might only be temporary. He explained the ground wire and the circuit breaker box were on their way out. After a couple of hours of Dave leaving the original problem returned. That next morning, spoke to Gregg again and it was decided the entire service needed replacement. This being a Friday, I assumed I would be living in a haunted house all weekend. An hour later, Gregg called and said he would send 2 technicians over that afternoon when they finished their current jobs and complete the service replacement before the weekend. Arthur and John showed up. Both very professional and courteous. You can tell Eastland prides itself on hiring a good team. The temperature was in the 90's with high humidity with forecasted thunderstorms. Greg even stopped by to assist his team as the sky darkened. Service completed. I can't tell you if I got the best price ever but I assume it was a fair price but I will say- Eastland more than came through for a customer that was brand new to them.

Please don't waste your time calling anyone else. Paolo and the folks at Eastland Electric are top-notch and the only call you need to make. They did some work for us last year through another contractor, and their efficiency, professionalism, and end product were top-notch. They recently upgraded our electrical panel and installed electricity for a pool heater. The entire process is simple for the customer. Their work is A+, they are meticulous in keeping the house clean, and everything looks great. After years of trying different electricians for various projects, I found the best with Eastland and Paolo.

Arnold installed new electrical on my house he did a drop/main and safety switch and bonded ground to my water pipe. Great job I would highly recommend Arnold. All around good guy, he answered all of my questions took his time to do the job right the first time. I’m having him return for another project soon.

Eastland was excellent. Prompt and really tried. Unfortunately the exhaust fan I hope to replace, or repair is too old! There not parts available to fix or replace the motor which is over thirty years old. Sadly, that type of fan is no longer made.
