Ordered a power max 120pbmc converter from them and added 2 day shipping. Got the product as desired in two business days and packaging was great and no damage and product works like a charm. Price was competitive and with shipping, was about the same as other sites but was able to get it in two days. Got an order confirmation receipt so I wasn't left wondering if it's good or not. My only knock is that there wasn't an immediate packaging tracking number and I actually got the package before they even sent an email with the tracking number and before they sent an email saying it even shipped so for those two days I was left wondering if it would be here in two days. Overall, happy with everything and they should look into the shipping update emails.

I placed my first order with EcoDirect back in 2014, and I they were great to work with. That order was received promptly, and I could tell by the packaging that a lot of care was put into it to ensure that nothing would be damaged. The other day I made a very small order with them again. I'm sure they didn't make a lot (if any) profit on this order, but they went above and beyond to get me what I needed - and very quickly, I must add. There are so many untrustworthy solar companies out there (seemingly 90%) that seem to come and go, but EcoDirect is definitely a stand-up company, and I will continue to use them when the need arises.

So I have ordered several times from them and in the past it was a good experience. This time however, it was a disaster. It turns out that the product that they show on the website as 'in Stock' and ready to order really isn't in-stock after all. This is very aggravating to find out after days of waiting for a product that you really need and are waiting for.

Panel's received no visible damages to them, freighter called me the day before delivery to verify shipment. Very professional.

I purchased online after calling them to make sure they would have everything when I picked it up from them. They were very nice when I called, and again when I called for some follow up questions, and then again when I picked up. They placed the panels in my truck and I made sure all of my racking parts were there. Good experience overall. It's nice to have a local place to get what you need to add a couple panels to an existing system.

I purchased 12 Northstar 190 ft batteries three months ago. Upon receipt one of the batteries was defective. I discovered that I happened to purchase these batteries at a time Northstar was in a period of a transition in ownership. My warranty claim got caught in a hole in their systems and I became increasingly frustrated at the time it took to finally resolve the issue. In the end the customer service team at EcoDirect stepped in to advocate for me. While it was painful and took time, it was resolved at no cost to me. Here's the thing, THE CEO STEPPED IN TO HELP! Between her, and Dan in customer service, they paid attention and followed up with my calls for help. Says a lot about who they are.

I dealt with Brianna Robbins. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. The Inverter I purchased would not work with my system. She set up an easy way for me to make a return and get my money back. Thank you for her patients and her help.
