Avoid Charter Van Lines and Eden Moving Services at All Costs! If you’re considering using Eden Moving Services or Charter Van Lines, let me warn you: this company is a broker. They subcontract your move to a transporter—in my case, Eden Moving Services—and the results were a disaster. My move from Colorado to Texas was handled with zero care or professionalism. My furniture was crammed into the truck without any organization, and my belongings were treated with blatant disregard. Boxes clearly labeled fragile were damaged, and items I paid them to pack were also broken. The truck was an absolute mess, and it was clear they had no concern for properly protecting anyone’s belongings. To make matters worse, many of the items in the truck weren’t even mine, but the careless way everything was packed left my neighborhood looking like a trash heap. Eden Moving Services dumped bags and boxes onto my lawn, creating a scene that was embarrassing and frustrating. The worst part? They offered me a measly $36 in compensation for the damage because I didn’t purchase additional insurance. However, if they had simply handled my belongings with care, the damage wouldn’t have happened in the first place—especially not to the fragile items I carefully labeled. Oh, and let’s not forget the cost. My original estimate was $1,800, but by the time the move was done, the price had jumped to $3,600! If you absolutely must use Charter Van Lines, make sure you purchase extra insurance. Better yet, avoid them and Eden Moving Services altogether. Here’s the proof of how my belongings were treated—a complete mess and total lack of respect. Save yourself the stress, damage, and hidden costs. Don’t use these companies!

I didn’t use Eden’s for a full move—just needed help loading a U-Haul in Aurora—and they still treated me like a full-service client. Mike and Pablo showed up ready to work and packed the truck like pros. Everything stayed secure during the 8-hour drive and there wasn’t a single scratch on any item. They were professional, courteous, and very efficient. For anyone doing a DIY move but still needing skilled help, I highly recommend giving them a call. Excellent experience, even for a small job.

We moved within Arvada and had a surprisingly easy experience thanks to Eden’s. Tim and Duane were fast, focused, and respectful of both our property and our time. Even though we were moving just a few miles down the road, they didn’t cut corners. Every piece of furniture was wrapped, labeled, and placed exactly where we asked. Moving is always stressful but Eden’s made our relocation from Denver surprisingly pleasant. Alvin and Sergio were true professionals. They arrived on time, had all the right equipment, and wrapped everything carefully. What really stood out was their teamwork and friendly attitude. They even stayed a little longer to help set up the beds. I’ve already recommended them to two neighbors in Denver. Excellent work!

Needed a mover in Wheat Ridge with experience moving pianos and Eden’s delivered! David and Jerry were careful, knowledgeable, and clearly trained for this kind of job. They brought specialized equipment, which made me feel confident the entire time. On top of the piano, they moved the rest of our stuff quickly and without incident. It’s rare to find a team that’s both strong and gentle. The entire move was completed ahead of schedule, and nothing was scratched or broken. If you need specialty movers, this company knows what they’re doing.

Same experience as others that had valuables damaged and boxes lost. Not going to waste my time writing more - what’s done is done. You get $0.06 per pound for damaged or lost goods. You lose a $10k art piece you better hope it’s mounted on a king size bed of lead.

I called Eden’s for a move from Thornton to Aurora and couldn’t be more satisfied. Josh and Benedict showed up with great energy and a clear game plan. They wrapped my large furniture pieces with care, especially an old cabinet that’s been in my family for decades.
