Had a great experience with Einstein! As a first time homeowner, it is so hard when something breaks and you don't know who to call. Einstein is incredibly responsive, punctual and helpful. They even send you SMS to confirm what time your appointments are and when their techs are arriving (shockingly rare compared to other companies!). The technician who helped us with our kitchen drain leak was mannerly, neat, and thorough. Will definitely be using Einstein again!

Shady, rude, and dishonest. I had 2 leaking bolts between the tank and toilet bowl. The guy came and tightened the bolts and said it should be ok for a while. After he left, I realized he didn’t turn on the water to test it, so when I did the leak continued and was worse than before, plus now a water pipe was leaking. I caught him before driving away and he came back and tightened the water pipe and turned off the water again. Instead of quoting for replacing these bolts and doing the work on site that day, he left. They charged me $89 for the 5 min visit and sent an estimate for a new toilet for $1,500. They also quoted me $89 on the phone and tried to say it was now $189 when the tech was on site. I had to call their office while the tech was there to dispute this and they relented. The tech verbally said that maybe they could do a tank "rebuild" for $500 but refused to answer why he couldn’t replace these bolts there and now for whatever fee. Noting that this technician was professional and courteous despite that. I ended up doing it myself for less than $100. I then called them and calmly relayed this story to the customer agent to see if they would consider at least partial refund for 5 min work. And trying to scam me into buying a new toilet. She was nice and listened and said she would speak to the supervisor. Back on the phone she said there’s nothing they can do. She then handed me the phone to what sounded like the owner who screamed at me for a minute and wouldn’t let me speak. Never once did I raise my voice. She called me a scammer and hung up on me.

I recently had a plumbing problem resulting from years of poor workmanship from many many plumbers, ie, pipes not connected properly, no trap under home, methane fumes all over - and finally the inevitable sludge and ooze creeping into my bathtub, etc., etc..! Called Einstein Plumbing and ended up glad that I did. I am now at peace having no fear of pipe noises, oozing sludge and noxious odors.. Einstein professionally, timely and NEATLY performed the repair to my utmost satisfaction! Thank you to Tom and all his workers for a superior job!

Very pleased with my experience with Einstein. Our four unit condo had two bellies in our sewage line and we were getting backup into a basement bathroom. Several other plumbers I spoke to were reluctant to take on the job. Einstein proposed a logical approach, provided a detailed quote, and finished the job in less time than I expected, with minimal disruption. Joe was in touch throughout the process, which I appreciate!

Einstein’s Plumbing and Air responded fast, is reasonably priced and everyone is extremely nice to deal with. My AC is now working better than ever. Plus they left my space spotless in spite of having to cut open the ceiling of my walk in closet.

I am the landlord of a few rental properties, Einstein Plumbing is my go to company for all my plumbing issues. They are reliable,, courteous, punctual, and pleasant. The boss, Joe Collins, is a Licensed Master Plumber. He and his team addressed my LL152 plumbing issues and brought my 125 year old row house up to code. This involved obtaining permits, inspections, and a general overhaul and reconfiguration of my outdated antique gas lines. It cost a bit to be sure, but the work was done, approved, and passed all the necessary stress tests and gas inspections which he had supervised start to finish. Landlords always need a reliable plumber to deal with unavoidable issues that arise from time to time. Einstein fixes them and it’s done. If something goes awry they take care of it right away. Additionally, Einstein Plumbing does more than that. They build bathrooms, correct what’s broken, and also take care of the behind the scenes details that most people don’t even know about. Highly recommend.

Let’s talk about Einstein’s ( SCAMMERS) he sends his son to do repairs which is terrible btw lol ! His told me I need a new condenser and that it would fix my ac problems. In fact he LIED my ac never worked from day 1 …. His scam son said I should run it for a whole day and it should be cool by the end of the day ! RED FLAG but what do I know ? Im a tenant. I paid as agreed, I requested he followed up immediately to correct this issue ( proof provided ) he claimed ima liar and my ac was working perfectly and told me to dispute he doesn’t care lol so I disputed. Not once did JOE COLLINS offered me a refund. I recorded the convo. ALSO THEY PUSH FOR YOU TO PAY IN CASH. ( after installation ac is still blinking red dated is listed July 2 2025 @9pm…. Installation was July 2nd 2025 @ 11am Edited: I never called to have my condenser changed… I didn’t even know what that was LOL. His son told me I needed a new one .. why would I want to change something I have no clue about Joe get your story straight.
