Current Security and Electric

We hired Current Security and Electric to replace a light with a ceiling fan/light, add a ceiling/fan light to a room and troubleshoot a light in the garage and dining room. Peter and Kevin were a great team. They were professional, timely, and nice. When they found the issues with the two different lights listed above they walked through the issues and explained what was needed. After getting our approval to move forward with the fixes they were fast and verified the fixes were done properly. Before and after photos of the rooms are attached with the new ceiling fans they installed. The team had to do work in the attic for one of the rooms which turned out amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with electrical work needs.

These guys came by my house today to move a doorbell for a door install. I originally thought they were going to give me an estimate, but they did the work right then and there! I’m completely happy with the job they did. They were thorough and talked me through everything. I felt very comfortable with them working on my house and will only use this family owned business in the future. Super nice guys who I will be calling in the future. Thank you!

I called Current and Peter came the same day. Thoroughly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. A blown breaker in wasn’t what I thought was going on- but Peter made it right and we are back in business. Good company!

Peter was professional and gave me trouble shooting tips over the phone before setting up an appointment. I damaged wires while trying to install a floodlight camera over my garage, so Peter came out the next day and completed the repair. Thank you for going above and beyond

Had Peter and his son come to look at putting in a 50 amp receptacle and said he would get back to me with a bid. I get an email stating that his license is up for renewal and that he’s not going to be renewing it because the payment for that renewal of his license would be too much so he was sorry he couldn’t do the bed. So if you plan on using this company or this guy You may wanna check on his license to see if it’s expired or if he’s renewed it and if it’s not expired, then you may want to check on his character as he then lied to us. You know what makes you think he may he won’t lie to you. EDIT: this is the email that I got from Mr Bay: Hello Leroy and Tami, I regret to inform you that my NM state mobile home license is up for renewal and I refuse to pay them what they want. This addendum to my electrical license has gone way up in price and I have chosen not to reinstate it. My apologies if this has caused an inconvenience. Unable to bid.
