Brad, the electrician, went above and beyond — he was not only knowledgeable and skilled but also took the time to explain everything and really listened to what we needed. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole process easy and comfortable. Later on, we had Nicholas from the team come out to give us advice about installing a Tesla wall charger. He shared helpful recommendations about the best products for the job and answered all our questions. When it was time for installation, Nicholas and his assistant were prompt, efficient, and polite. The 240-volt Tesla wall charger was installed perfectly, and the work area was left clean. Living in Texas, we really appreciate having electricians who understand how to keep our home safe and energy-efficient, especially with the hot weather here. They managed to get all the wiring done without opening up walls or floors, which I really appreciated.
