My living room outlet had caught on fire due to a loose connection so I had reached out to Electric Today! to help restore power in my living room. Brent was very nice and very knowledgeable since he has been working with electricity for a very long time. He was kind enough to show me pointers on how to install an outlet in the best way so that it doesn't cause any issues down the line. I really enjoyed the process because I got to learn too and most people wouldn't go out of their way to do that, but Brent from Electric Today! did that for me so I really appreciated that so much. He was kind to me and my little one who kept on asking questions so little things like this I respect a lot.They are upfront about everything so you know what you are paying for before getting into the job. I wanted to get some work done in my mom’s house. Brent was fast, friendly, and efficient in responding to my call and completing the work we requested. I’m very pleased with his work! I was, however, very surprised by the cost of the work for installing one new outlet. I’ve worked with two electricians before who charged significantly less for the same work, so it was a surprise to see that the bill would be over $350 for less than an hour of work. I’m happy to pay for someone’s time and expertise, but it was just a lot more than I was expecting to pay when I made the request. My receipt has a whole list of the cost for different services — if it’s that cut and dry, I would have appreciated more transparency about the cost online or some kind of estimate before he came to the house.

I am really glad that I had made the decision to use this company for my kitchen electrical update. Brent was great! I set up an appointment through their online scheduler the night before I was trying to get him out to the house, and he was able to accommodate the timeslot I had requested. We had a new septic system installed that required wiring a pump at the tank and an alarm in the house. Brent gave me a clear quote up front before he started the work, and was able to get the work done in a timely fashion. His workmanship is fantastic, and he left almost no sign that he had to drill a hole in my house to run the wire, or remove some drywall to access the wiring.
