Danford Electric LLC

Needed an electrician because every time my air came on, it would shut off. I've never needed an electrician before and was a little apprehensive. Thought they would come in and tell me I needed this and that and it would end up in the thousands. Well, I was worried for nothing. When I talked to Dan earlier, he said that they were very busy but he would see if he could get a couple of guys over here sometime that day. Later on, John and Tyler showed up. They started looking around and said, for sure, the AC needed to be replaced. So I was hoping I would be able to get my neighbor to do it but then they said that they could go get a new one and install it!! This is not something I expected but was so grateful for. So because of them, I am comfortable in my home and I have definitely found my new and only electricians. Thanks so much, guys.

We needed to get our electrical panel checked and they did an excellent job getting it figured out. 1. They were very responsive! I called and they answered their phones! What a relief to be able to talk to someone instead of going through a recording or voicemail. 2. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spoke with Keith and he was very helpful over the phone trying to help me figure out what was going on. 3. VERY FAST and EFFICIENT. They were able to send in 2 guys to resolve my issue within the next 2 hours. 4. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL. They have been in the business for over 20 years, from what the 2 electricians said; And, they are very knowledgeable at what they do. I'm sure they were fully booked but they were kind enough to be able to squeeze us into their busy schedules to help us. The electricians were very professional, well-mannered, and very patient with the numerous questions we had for them. 5. OVERALL EXPERIENCE 10 STARS! Would recommend them to anyone!!!

Probably will never call again I called the first time to fix my septic they temporarily fixed the situation because there book was full tried texting them over the weekend do to only have power n half of my house and thought it was part of the temporarily fix but no response. Ik they was closed over the weekend so today at 8am I tried calling no answer so I left a voice mail. I have yet to get a call back. I have called another electrician and he was here and fixed the electric part. Still hoping danford will call to set up an appointment to finish the septic tank. BTW the temporarily fix was over a month ago. I get being busy but they need better communication skills.

I had an incredible experience with Danford. Not only were they willing to travel a bit to get to me-- they were professional, on time, and overall great to work with. I had them install a 240v outlet, a 120v, and run ethernet cables throughout the house. They did an amazing job in terms of quality, and were fast as they did their work. I will 100% recommend their services to everyone I know for anything electrical, low voltage, or security. These guys are awesome!

The ice storm pulled the wires off the side of our home. I called them an they answered the phone I was in shock a real person. He said we will be over as soon as we can many people had the wires off of the houses. They showed up in record time an had the wires back up for Nipsco... Just great people honest an reliable.

We lost power in our garage which caused our sewer pump to not work. They came out the same day as they were called. They had to order parts which were ordered immediately and they came out the next day and installed the parts including new wiring. Very good at communication. Very happy with them.

Cannot rave enough about this company. Excellent at what they do! Very respectful and they clean up afterwards. They responded to my calls and helped me thru some decision making. Explained what I needed done and they made it happen !
