As a residential customer in need of electrical services, I couldn't be more satisfied. When we realized we needed electrical work done in our home, I contacted ~10 companies/contractors in my area. Multiple phone numbers were disconnected, a few turned me away because the job was too small or they had a 2-4 week wait list. Others wouldn't provide me with a quote, or provided very high rates. I called Bob and he got back to me within 24 hours, offered to come out the next day to provide a quote. They were able to accommodate my schedule, everyone was extremely professional, very reasonable rate, and according to the electrical inspector, the work was done to code.
