Alex and his assistant got the job done quickly and efficiently. They installed a new outdoor floodlight and a whole house surge protector in our garage. He thoughtfully installed the protector at eye level so both lights can be seen from across the room. Alex is the most highly qualified and knowledgeable electrician I have ever met. If you have any not so run-of-the-mill questions, he is your guy. He knows everything. I would request him for any of our electrical needs. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not regret it.

EDIT: My home builder came out again to test my breaker and found the breaker still needs to be replaced. Had Adin done his job, I would not be in this situation. I had my first run in with this company because my home builder sent them out to replace the breaker box in my new build home. My washer/dryer kept tripping the breaker and the home builder sent them out. Adin Munoz and a helper arrived, asked to look at my appliance, came back downstairs and said they weren’t replacing my breaker box, it tested fine and the issue was with my machine - ok, maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t. Quite a few people in my neighborhood are having breaker box issues and I don’t know why they wouldn’t just do the job that they were going to be paid to do. Adin has his helper tell me that for them to look at it and fix my appliance, they would do it but it had to be on me to pay and it would be "a lot." Adin came across as rude, pushy, and didn’t even speak English. His helper had to translate and even then, the helper wasn’t fully bilingual and we all struggled to communicate. After they left, I went upstairs to find that Adin left my machine unplugged and it was moved out of a place from him getting back there. Nothing was put back as I had it. So, in short, they came out and didn’t do the job they were supposed to do, tried to get more money out of me, were pushy and rude, and did not put my appliance and laundry closet back the way I had it.

I have never been a client but one of the workers cut me off in traffic twice. He was speeding , tailgating , and driving eradic. Please make sure your employees respect others. It dosen't make your company look very good.

Crest electric wired our new house for the 2 years we have been here kitchen breaker trips repeatedly they came out said it was overloaded but did not do any checking to find out what was causing it? The fridge , dining room plug, gfi plug and usb plug all on same circuit? They said warranty would not cover this? I have filed complaint with state of Texas licensing department due to this? This company has been extremely rude and unprofessional every time I have called. Had another company come out here they made one repair but breaker tripped less than a week later. They came back did all kinds of troubleshooting ran all appliances multiple times and said nothing was overloaded? They suspect it is wiring in wall causing issues? Then today breaker tripped 2 times the last time no appliances were even in use. I called crest again today and she was extremely rude would not even listen and still said it was overloaded? She said she would charge me $275 an hour if they came out here? When this should have been under warranty. This is a fire hazard …. And they don’t care because it’s not there family or property at risk….

They did the electrical work at my house when it was first built and have not had any major issues. One breaker did go out but they sent a wonderful technician named Jesus Sanchez. He provided great customer service and informed how the electrical system worked at my house

Crest worked on our AC this past summer when a breaker kept flipping, worked with the AC company and got everything fixed! Called again due to kitchen outlets flipping off after the storm. The guys were friendly, courteous, and worked to find the issue. We will definitely keep using them for any issues that arise in the future.

I initially got quoted for 1 hr to install 2 ceiling fans. They sent 2 electricians thought 1 was going to work on one fan while the other one was working on the other but that wasn’t the case. Got charged for 2 hrs work almost $600 to assemble and mount the fan.
