Tom reacted to what we thought was an emergency right away. He advised us to contact our utility company and get them involved as well. After the initial consult with our utility company with no resolution, Tom made the trip to the house to diagnose the issue quickly. Definitely intend to keep his number handy for electrical needs.
These guys were great! I had them install a 220 outlet for my welder. I called and left a voicemail, and they called me back promptly. They were easy to work with as far as scheduling, and their work was top-notch! I highly recommend!
AEN is the best!! I called 2 electricians and Tom not only answered the call, he was knowledgeable about my problem, came out and I was good to go in less than 20 minutes or so. Customer service and friendliness was top notch!
