10/10 service and highly recommended! Heavy winds brought down a tree on top of the power line and disconnected the electrical riser attached to my home, leaving me without power. I called several companies advertising "urgent repairs," but only CMEC followed through. Brandon from CMEC was responsive, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. He completed the repair quickly, kept the work area clean and organized, and even coordinated with the inspector so National Grid could reconnect the wire the same day. My power was restored within hours. Excellent communication, clean workmanship, and true professionalism.

Wow! I was having some electrical issues and had no idea what was causing them. I contacted what felt like a million companies, and most of them said they wouldn’t be available for at least two days. Fortunately, Brandon reached out to me, quickly identified what could be causing the problem, and was able to come over the same day! His customer service and kindness were absolutely out of this world. If you're looking for a great electrician, look no further. I called around 8 o’clock in the morning to inquire about getting my smoke detectors replaced. Brandon called me back almost immediately and John was at my house by 11:30. John also waited patiently while I ran out to Home Depot to get the right kind of carbon monoxide detectors, Even after I assured both of them over the phone that I had the right kind I really didn’t lol. He was super nice about it though. This was a small job, but I would definitely use them again for a larger job in the future. I had also given them a heads up that I have a large dog, which I always like to do when someone new is coming into the house. Brandon was so funny he sent me pictures of his dogs and said they love going into homes with dogs.

Very professional work from Brandon and his team at CMEC. They went above and beyond replacing old knob and tube wiring with new wiring. If you want your electrical work in your house done correctly, hire these guys. You will not regret it.

I cannot thank enough to CMEC for being there for us in hour of need. We had this new the electric stove delivered and 'installed' by Home Depot. When it did not turn on upon installation and was brought to the attention of Home Depot delivery installer, they simply refused that they had wired the stove wrong and suggested there is a problem with the stove itself and that we replace it. We were in a pinch of time and could not wait for Home Depot to send their electrician the next day, who never showed up by the way, or for replacement. Brandon was super helpful in solving this problem. He sent his employee Jeff in half an hour after being contacted to fix the incorrect wiring. Within 5 minutes after Jeff arrived the stove was up and running! If I had to summarize our experience with CMEC, dependable and reliable are the words that come to mind. Highly recommend them and will use them again for our future electrical needs.

Brandon and his staff were incredible with dealing with our roofing and siding projects. I appreciate their patience as I navigated putting all of the pieces together for this remodel. We had to wait on the electric company, and some of the electrical took longer than expected due to weather. Brandon came thru no matter what.
