Absolutely recommend IES they were quick to answer the phone. Walter was able to quickly come out and diagnose and fix the problem we were having with a fault in one of our circuits. Very professional, thorough and clean. We will be using them going forward.

Walter was friendly and sincerly interested in helping repair our evaporative cooler. He asked if working on the cooler would void a warranty. After being given permission to proceed he disassembled the cooler cover and looked for where a electrical connector should connect. He was unable to locate where to connect it and reconnected the cover. He apologized for not being able to fix he cooler and told us there was not charge since he did not spend a long time. We thanked him with home grown squash pickle relish.

Walter was on time today and after assessing the issue solved the problem getting my lights back in about 20 minutes, relabeled my panels for me and disconnected a potentially dangerous plug in for the generator which was not up to code. Thank you again.

Walter and his crew did a great job on our house we are remodeling. They put in new canned lights, all new light fixtures, new plugs and switches, new wiring to the appliances, and so much more. Walter’s professional and customer service was top notch and he always communicated with us and kept us up to day on the status of the project. 5 stars, should highly recommend.

Quality small business with ethics and commitment to doing good work. They were fast to reply and handled a dangerous electrical situation with competence and integrity. They explained all the options open to fixing the issue, gave some recommendations and then knocked out the solution that made the most sense competently. I'd trust them not to upsell or overcharge and they definitely know their stuff. We'll happily hire them to upgrade our subpanel this year based on our interaction. We can't recommend this great business highly enough and are happy to be able to write a positive review for a local business. Keep up the good work, y'all.
