I would love to highlight my positive experience I had with one of your technicians, Tony. He came out due to a plumbing issue that happened last night and we were hoping to get help fast! He arrived when he said he would , was quick to answer any immediate questions, survey the issue, and get to work. He was courteous throughout the entire visit, talked me through what he was doing, and helped me understand the full problem at hand. After he was done, he ensured the area he worked at was clean, tidy, and as it was when he arrived. He offered additional services with no added pressure but explained why they would be beneficial. We declined but not for reasons his doing. Overall, a very positive experience, and I imagine everyone on the Done team to be of the same caliber of technician as Tony was.

Terrible/shady business practices. In 2022, DONE! recommended and complete full sewer line replacement for over $22,000, which we did. That line has never drained properly. Their own technician (Evan) who came out admitted the 2022 (Duncan?) was not done correctly and may not even meet code. Despite their advertised "lifetime warranty," the company refuses to acknowledge or stand behind their improper work. They tried to charge me $83 dollars yesterday for something, then backtracked and attempted (unsuccessfully) to clear the backup. I currently can’t use water in my home per their recommendation yesterday 10/27/2025 until this matter is resolved I would avoid this company at all costs.

My toilet was leaking at the base and Josh Tweed explained all options well. My toilet was over 20 years old and he didn’t want to see me putting any money into repairing it. I agreed and decided to have a new one installed. Josh did everything he could to keep the cost down plus did some extras for me. I will call definitely call Josh at Done Plumbing again.

From scheduling the appointment to Etienne’s arrival took less than two hours. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He clearly explained the work to be done and why. He cleared my drain, confirmed proper flow, and ensured there were no leaks. I highly recommend Done! for their top-quality service.

Evan was very friendly. He went right to work. He solved the problem. We are very pleased with him. We have used DONE! Plumbing and heating and n ty hr past. We have never been disappointed with the employees and the work the have done. They always clean up any thing that was left while doing the jobs.

Done is my go to plumbing company. Initially they said the company was short staffed today but then Josh was dispatched to my home. He was so polite and knowledgeable and gave me advice on a toilet as well as unclogging my kitchen sink. This company ALWAYS comes through for me.

Very upset with their service. They were hired to connect a vent pipe and did the service while I was away at work. While doing the install, they upsold a "minor technical service" to my wife for an additional charge of $259 without talking to me, the one who hired them, for a final agreement. They completely took advantage of a situation.
