I just purchased 2 new bathroom vanity light fixtures and a new chandelier but needed them installed. Went to Google and found the electrician at Jayden Electric Company with their great reviews. I called and he was able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone to install and was at my house within 90 minutes to do the job. He was super professional and clean and even found a problem I had with a breaker in my main panel that he was able to resolve. Thank you!

Great work, on time. The electrician was prompt and gave me some very sound advice on what we should be doing to keep our house safe from any more electrical problems. His price was fair and he didn't try to get me to do anything more than we needed at this time. What a professional guy. Very super satisfied and would recommend Jayden Electric Company to anyone.

Jayden is such a kind, professional and competent electrician! He is very easy to get in touch with and very skilled in his profession. You can tell he takes great pride in customer satisfaction and in his company. He installed can lights (on a high ceiling), a light fixture and repaired arc faults at our home. I will not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future!

Once again, Jayden Electric Company has exceeded my expectations. I don't often bring a contractor back to my house, as invariably, they do something to lose my trust, but I would definitely call back Jayden if the need arises. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, courteous, helpful and quick. I could go on and on, and oh, let's not forget, they are totally trustworthy. I can't say enough good about them.

The technician was professional courteous and very nice. He wore a mask and booties and cleaned up after himself. He called a few minutes before his appointment time to let me know he is on his way. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. I recommend this company for your electrical needs.

I called to make an appointment on June 30th. It is $125 for them to come to my house for a service call. They offered me a package that was $149 and with this package I was supposed to get priority service, 10% off labor and parts. Notice the priority service. So they made an appointment to come the following Monday. Then they cancelled that appointment via text. And said they would TRY to schedule it for the following Thursday (but no guarantees). They couldn’t find an electrician for Thursday so now the soonest they can come is July 19th (that is 20 days!!!) I was mad but reluctantly accepted. All this happened through texts so I have proof. Then on the 19th I called them to give them my husband’s number because I wasn’t going to be home. Then they told me my service call was cancelled due to lack of response from me! They said I didn’t return calls. I never got any calls, only texts and in responded to all of those. So I did get my $149 refunded but i asked for a supervisor to call me because I think they should know how customers are being treated. It has been several days and no call yet. Since they didn’t call here is my communication with me.

Booked this company over the phone for a service to check on some outlets that weren't working. As I was doing this they tried to upsell me to a membership. Since I hadn't used them before, I said I would wait until after their service was completed to decide. My appointment was for 8am -11am and they said they would contact me 30 min before arrival. I didn't hear anything that morning. Around 11:15 I called and told them no one had showed up or given me a call. they said they would speak with a manager and have them call me back. At 3pm I called again to see if someone was coming. At that point they said no was available and they couldn't schedule me for another 2 weeks after they missed the appointment. I will be looking somewhere else for electrical work in the future and can't recommend this company.
