I would definitely use them again! I called them with a problem with my electrical breaker box. Tony was there within an hour and fixed the problem. He was very kind and understanding. He is a genuine caring person. First time I’ve ever had to call an electrician. I’m so happy I called them. God Bless

I've worked with a good dozen electricians over the years and CIES is simply the best. Josh and Tony make a great team. They fixed four electrical issues in a half-days work. I loved hearing Josh say, "I wouldn't do anything for you I wouldn't do in my own home the way I'd do it for my family." Not only did he install a stove hood vent, he took special care so I wouldn't have to do additional drywall or carpentry. It was done right and completely before he cleaned up. And Tony, he thought he could make the installation look a little better, so he ran home for a supply. These guys care.

Called to have an estimate done on an electrical issue that I needed fixed. Electrician came out, didn’t even bother to get on a ladder to get an accurate estimate. He was maybe here a total of 5 minutes. Then he said he’d get the estimate to me "sometime next week." Still haven’t heard back from him. Apparently it wasn’t a big enough job to interest him. Would not recommend!

Joey came right on time and installed my bathroom exhaust fan within the hour. The fan works and is in the ceiling so five stars for me

I use CIES both through my work and personally. Always very responsive, helpful, and they know their trade. The technicians I’ve had experience with are very helpful in explaining anything I may not understand. They have gone over and above my expectations with my mom’s house remodel. Definitely an upstanding group of people.

I called and they were here within a half an hour. Replaced a breaker and found that it was an issue with the phase on the Ameren pole. Professional, helpful, friendly and quick in determining the issue. I would use this business again for any future issues.

I know it is super busy for electricians right now BUT they got me in and took care of me very quickly. I am beyond appreciative and would recommend in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!!!!
