Grounded Electric Etc.

Grounded Electric recently helped my parents resolve an electrical mystery. They were very professional and courteous, communicated with us prior to and throughout the project, and were agreeable to some last minute "add ons" as well. I called them for an issue at my house because of how great they were with my parents. They came right out and fixed my outlet the same day I called them. I would highly recommend Grounded Electric for all of your electrical needs!

We couldn’t get anyone to come out after storms took out our electrical panel recently. We had no power for over a week and a half, finally I was given Grounded Electric from a co-worker and John David came out the same day. Amazing service, great guys. We recently bought an electric car and needed to install a Level 2 Charger in our garage. To us the work was very challenging because our electric box is far from our garage. However, when Grounded Electric came to give us a quote, they very quickly determined how to do the job and made as feel secure that they knew how to get it done and how to do it well. And it was so! On the date of the appointment, the crew came to our house on time, they were very polite, and fast. They did a very clean and professional job connecting and concealing cables, opening almost invisible wholes where needed, and perfectly installing the charger, which has worked perfectly fine since it was installed. On top of everything, the owner of the company came to evaluate his crew's ' work, and discovered that the job required less materials than they calculated, thus giving us a discount over the original quote. Grounded electric was simply amazing! We are so glad that we contacted them and would do so again with eyes closed. We strongly recommend them!

My wife and I installed a mini-split heating and cooling system for our garage space upgrade. We are relatively new to the area and called Grounded Electric and another company for an estimate. Mr John came the next day and gave us a wonderful and detailed estimate. We went with him for our project. He and the guys came out and performed the installation flawlessly. Top to bottom these guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! We will definitely only have to make one call if we ever need electrical services in the future. Thank you so very much!!

Highly recommend Grounded Electric Etc!!!!! Same day service, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable- just to name a few. John David really took the time to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations for the current issues in my home. He went out of his way to work me into his already busy schedule, which is rare/hard to find.
