MJ Electric

MJ Electric did the hook up for our sauna and hot tub. We ran into some challenges throughout the project and Mike and his team did an incredible job coming up with solutions. Mike was very responsive and transparent. We would recommend MJ Electric to anyone and will definitely use them again.

We are happy we chose MJ Electric to upgrade our Bloomington home’s electrical service. They installed a new 200 amp service entry and interior panel to replace the original electrical service. The crew kept things neat and tidy and they coordinated with Xcel Energy to get lights back on by dinner time. We were pleased they were able to fit the new equipment without the need to modify our exterior siding. Quality work at a reasonable price.

Had to call these guys in a panic when my roofer took out the power to half our house. They showed up within the hour and started working to fix the problem. They cleaned up after themselves (and after the mess the roofers made!) too! Overall super impressed with the response time and customer service!

I was making dinner for my husband and I when the range shut off. My range is only 18 months old. It was cooked far enough that we could at least eat. It was after 7 pm and waited till the next day when I got home from work to call MJ Electric Bloomington. I told Mike what happened and he asked for a photo of the electric box. The breaker wouldn’t flip back on so I figured it needed replacing, it was original. Within an hour Leo arrived and checked out the circuit breaker and sure enough it was an easy fix. He replaced the breaker and we were able to have my husband birthday dinner! We are truly grateful for such excellent response time and replacement so our plans weren’t disrupted. Will definitely use MJ Electric again for any future electrical issues. Thanks so much!

MJ Electrics has helped me with two minor projects and two bigger projects. I appreciated how quickly Mike got back to me with information and how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule. The work was completed quickly, effectively and the guys were very kind. George is the best and I request him when possible.

We had the power go out in half of our townhouse yesterday and I called Mike and he was in the area and was able to get there in a few hours. He resolved the issue in less than an hour. This is our 2nd time using MJ Electric and we've been very pleased both times 🙂

James is fantastic! I had 2 chandeliers and two pendants that needed to be replaced. James agent over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was 100% happy. Very professional and would definitely use them again. The best electrician I have ever hired!
