Gentec Service and Repair

Thanks to Gentec's recent install of my whole home generator, I now have peace of mind without having lifted a single finger. And I've already recommended them to my neighbors. From the first conversation to the final run-through after install, I felt fully confident in my decision to work with Gentec. Their experience in this industry shines with how they approach all aspects of the process - including their continued support for clients after all is said & done. Gentec took care of everything for me: pulling the necessary permits, having solid electric & plumbing crews scheduled back to back, requesting the official city inspection, and then walking me through all aspects of my new generator immediately after receiving that greenlight from the city. They even stopped by a couple days later with a list of quick, helpful tips around generator use and maintenance. It's clear Gentec is in this business to help people feel as secure as they can with the sometimes unpredictable storms and power connectivity here. As a new-ish transplant to the area who works from home, I'm so grateful to David, Ike, and the entire Gentec team for all of the work they and their partners put into my install. We just had Gentec install a Generac standby generator. Ike Kirkikis, their salesman, was very helpful and kept us informed during the order to delivery process. The generator was delivered and set up by the date promised. David, the business owner, the plumbers and electricians were all very professional. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! David, the owner, is extremely intelligent and is the only person who was able to actually figure out what the issue was, AFTER THREE OTHER COMPANIES COULD NOT! He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything where i could understand it and made sure it was done right, working perfectly before he left regardless of the time! THE BEST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE REGION! I could not believe how professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE that David, the owner, was! AND YOU DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER! He does not pass you through a bunch of lower level techs first. He figures it out himself and goes from there! HE HAS 20 YEARS IF EXPERIENCE AND IT SHOWS! I have had 5 DIFFERENT COMPANIES come and TRY to fix my various generators AND NEVER COULD GET THEM FIXED CORRECTLY! Then I finally called GENTEC and David promptly came out to my place of business and then my home and had them both figured out, fixed, and RUNNING PROPERLY for the first time in three years!!! Changed our maintenance to Gentec and we are extremely pleased. A+ from scheduling to the tech visit. So glad we found them.
