Very friendly person on the phone. She was quite helpful and kept me informed when someone would be there. They managed to work us into the schedule for the same day as we called. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. Great service!
I have worked with many companies, individuals and contractors. I have NEVER been asked to pay the whole amount up-front before hand. Be careful working with anyone who requires full payment before the work has even been scheduled.
